It was our honor to host Matija Bećković, Serbian famous poet, writer and academic.  The exhibition ,,Matija“ whose author is librarian advisor Dragana Tipsarevic was opened in Gallery of the Museum of Rudnik and Takovo Region on 20 ^th January. There were 16 panels which presented life of Matija Bećković when this exhibition was open for the first time few years ago. Today, there are 30 panels  in our Gallery.  Creation of exhibition about life and work of Matija Bećković contiunes.

After this event, our famous poet spoke verses to large audience in Gimnasium ,,Takovski ustanak“. We ended the evening dedicated to Matija Bećković with hope that we will have opportunity to meet this large writer again in our town.
