A monumental sculpture made of white marble was placed at a location called Paljevine, in Rudnik. It is irregular in shape with preserved original shape to high extent, that is it is modelled in a way which suggests immense strength and resilience. At the base of the monument there is a pedestal with an inscription which reveals the year when the monument was placed: “On 5 October 1943, The First Šumadija Partisan Brigade for the National Liberation was founded at this spot. The people from Šumadija on 5 October 1966”.
